Website Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use prefercrash.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Prefercrash Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Prefercrash Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

For General Information

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial expert. Every tree and property is different, and what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, your location, tree size, access, and other things. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. If you have questions about coverage, ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures. Please do not put yourself in harm's way. Keep clear of downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Prefercrash Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or without mistakes.
